How to Order

Minimum order is 50 pieces per species, or a minimum order value of USD 3,000.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and Western Union.

Every fish is individually inspected before packing, and only healthy, active, well-conditioned specimens are selected for export. All fish are professionally packed using oxygen-filled bags and export-grade materials to minimize transport stress.

We guarantee all fish leave our facility in good health. If any fish arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA), we provide compensation via replacement on the next shipment, credit toward a future order, or a refund for the affected livestock (subject to agreement).

To qualify for a DOA claim: notify us within 2 hours of receiving the shipment, and provide clear photographs of the deceased fish inside the unopened shipping bag. Claims submitted after this window, or after the bag has been opened, may not be eligible for compensation.

This guarantee does not cover delayed collection, incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, losses from improper acclimation or aquarium conditions after arrival, or shipping/freight charges unless otherwise agreed.

All livestock is shipped by air freight through approved international airlines from Velana International Airport (MLE), Maldives. Each fish is individually inspected and appropriately bagged with clean seawater and medical-grade oxygen, then packed in insulated EPS boxes with heat or cool packs as needed, clearly labeled as Live Tropical Fish.

Every shipment includes required export documentation: Live Fish Export Permit, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill, and any additional documents required by the destination country.

Most international shipments arrive within 24–72 hours depending on destination, airline schedule, and customs procedures. Buyers should collect shipments promptly and begin acclimation immediately upon arrival.
